Before Requesting an appointment
Because our discovery calls are complimentary, we kindly ask that you only apply if you are sincerely interested in our 1-on-1 services.
Our clinic does not bill insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards.
Here’s how the Harmonize Your Health Program works
We will start with a Comprehensive New Patient Evaluation:
- Please plan to spend about 90 minutes at this first visit.
- We will review the information you uploaded to Charm ehr this at a minimum includes your completed Health Questionnaire, symptoms, and health history. If you have uploaded previous labs or medical records, we will also review these. We will actively listen to your story, paying close attention to details that may have been overlooked. If you are local, we will perform a physical examination which will give me valuable information to further investigate your case. If you are not local, we will request your most recent physical from your primary care physician.
- We will recommend laboratory testing that we feel is necessary. You may be sent home with lab test kits, have your blood drawn during the visit, or schedule a blood draw within the next few days.
- You will be provided with 1-2 initial treatment recommendations that you can start implementing right away.
- At the end of the first visit, the doctor will discuss the Harmonize Your Health membership program.
- We will schedule your follow-up visit to go over your results, which will take place approximately 4-5 weeks later.
Pricing
Your first visit will be a 90-minute Comprehensive New Patient Evaluation. This visit is $395 and includes the doctor’s time reviewing your previous labs, medical history, and current health concerns before you arrive. To book your first visit, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which goes towards payment of your first visit.
After your initial visit, we will discuss the option of paying for the membership program in full (Save $315) or monthly payments. Both options offer you savings on our other services such as blood draws, acupuncture, IV nutrient therapy, IM injections, and our quality supplements.
